RGNT Street Scrambler Arrives With Chunkier Boots and a Faster Charger

RGNT has given its Street Classic a scrambler makeover, while quietly adding something far more useful to the range.
The new Street Scramble joins RGNT’s Street series with chunkier tyres and a more rugged look, while a new 6 kW onboard charger and RGNT Performance Components give existing and new bikes some useful extra options.
We sat down with RGNT CEO Jonathan Åström to talk everything RGNT.

The Street Scrambler

RGNT has taken its existing street bike and given it a more scrambler-style look, making it the tougher-looking option in the Street range. The Street Scrambler is priced at €9,494 in Europe.
It’s not just a cosmetic job, either. The Scramble gets a 20 mm taller ride height, an 18-inch front wheel, on/off-road tyres and a raised, wider handlebar.
There’s no suggestion that this is a completely new motorcycle underneath. It’s more about giving riders a different take on the same basic bike.

And that’s fine. Not every new model needs to reinvent the wheel. The more interesting addition for riders is the new 6 kW onboard charger.
RGNT says the upgraded charger can significantly reduce charging time compared with its standard 1.8 kW setup. This is the sort of upgrade that can actually change how you use an electric motorcycle. It should also help reduce range anxiety.
A shorter charging stop means less sitting around when you’re out riding. RGNT has also introduced RPC, or RGNT Performance Components, bringing parts from its racing programme to its road bikes. The first additions include a carbon-fibre front fender and a tank paint programme, with the parts fitted before delivery.
RGNT motorcycles are currently available in Europe. The company is also preparing to begin distribution in the USA, while the bikes haven't quite made it into the UK yet. Deliveries of the Street Scramble are currently looking like Q1 2027.
The BCB Take

The Street Scramble looks the part, but we reckon the charger is the bigger deal here.
Chunkier tyres and a more rugged appearance are nice if that’s your thing. But charging faster can make a genuine difference to seat time, particularly if you’re using the bike for more than commuting.
The RPC parts are a different proposition. They’re about making your RGNT less like everyone else’s rather than making it fundamentally better.
So, no, RGNT hasn’t reinvented the electric motorcycle here. But it’s given riders more ways to spec the Street, and one of those options could actually make a difference on the road.
Ride safe, folks.
