The BCB Take

LiveWire S2 Del Mar Electric Motorcycle
LiveWire S2 Del Mar

The S2 Del Mar isn't trying to be another electric superbike. Instead, LiveWire has focused on building a lightweight roadster that feels engaging on real roads, combining brisk performance with premium cycle parts and everyday usability.

Its 10.5 kWh battery won't deliver the longest range in the segment, but with 84 hp, a 3-second 0–60 mph time and Level 2 charging in just over two hours, the Del Mar strikes a well-judged balance between performance, practicality and rider enjoyment. It remains one of the most complete middleweight electric motorcycles currently on the market.

Ride safe, folks.
