Yamaha's latest electric motorcycle isn't aimed at weekend riders. It's aimed at commercial fleets. That's becoming a familiar story as legacy manufacturers look for the biggest opportunity in electrification. Lower running costs and predictable daily use make commercial fleets a far easier sell than private riders.

French brand Electric Motion has teased the EP01, an early-stage enduro prototype that signals a move out of the trials section and into a different kind of off-road territory.
