If you’ve been anywhere near your socials lately, you’ve probably seen the buzz around J Balvin’s custom electric motorcycle making its debut in Tuscany.

This one-of-a-kind electric bike is the result of a collaboration between French manufacturer DAB Motors and Balvin’s creative studio VVT (Vita Veloce Team).
At his 40th birthday celebration at the Castello di Velona estate, Balvin was genuinely surprised when the bike was unveiled in front of a star-studded crowd that included Jimmy Butler and Sofia Vergara.
Design That Breaks the Mould
Based on DAB Motors' 1α platform, the bike’s design feels like it’s jumped straight out of a futuristic anime. It's sleek, aggressive, and completely unapologetic.

The design team leaned heavily on digital 3D modelling to bring this concept to life in three weeks, creating something that’s as much a statement piece as a machine built for the road.
Beyond its looks, special sound-absorbing foam in the wheels generates unique low-frequency tones as you ride, turning the sound of motion into part of the experience. LED light strips embedded around the wheels add the glow, instantly transporting you into a Tron game..
Performance Specs

Top speed: Around 130 km/h (81 mph)
Charging time: About 3.5 hours via home outlets or Type 2 charging stations
We're assuming other details like battery capacity and range remain in line with the DAB Motors platform
The BCB Take
This project marks a fresh direction for Balvin’s creative studio VVT, expanding from music and fashion into vehicle design. The collaboration shows how electric motorcycles are becoming canvases for innovation, blending culture, art, and cutting-edge technology.
J Balvin’s electric bike challenges the idea of what an electric motorcycle should look like and how it should make you feel. For us lot, craving something fresh, this is proof the electric scene has a heart, still thumping with creativity and surprises.
Ride safe, folks
