STRiX eMotors doesn’t shy away from the “military-grade” label, and in this case it’s rooted in defence engineering rather than styling language, giving the platform a new level of credibility.
The STRiX Evolution comes out of a development approach built for hard-use, high-stress environments, and that carries straight into its platform. STRiX call it "The most powerful electric hard enduro motorcycle".
It’s now moving out of controlled test environments linked to NATO-aligned and U.S. Navy programmes and into civilian hands. But importantly, it hasn’t been softened for public use.
Born for Battle, Tuned for Trail,

Underneath the bodywork sits a 67kW (90hp) peak motor delivering a claimed 130km/h (80.7 mph) top speed and 975Nm at the wheel. It's a lot of power, clearly aimed at delivering instant drive and heavy traction. That will ehlp keep loose terrain manageable rather than unpredictable.
At 138kg, the STRiX Evolution stays light enough to stay reactive, The chrome-moly frame is apparently built for repeated abuse and should stand up to plenty of hard landings, rock strikes, and long stretches where feedback matters more than comfort.
Range That Matches the Pace

The 6.3kWh removable battery gives around 80 minutes of hard riding, with more if you’re not pinned the whole time.
It’s built for swap-and-go practicality rather than waiting around, but it should pull a charge in around 2 hours on AC.
When you do need to recharge, CCS fast charging takes it to roughly 80% in about 10 minutes.
Ride Modes for Every Terrain
The STRiX app and onboard dash give you access to Eco, Custom, and Sport modes. Eco smooths things out for technical climbs. Sport opens the full curve for aggressive terrain. Custom is where it gets fun, letting you tune throttle response, regen braking, and traction control to match terrain or riding style.

Showa long-travel forks and an Öhlins rear shock handle suspension duties, with full adjustability across preload, compression, and rebound. Braktec brakes deliver controlled stopping power, prioritising feel and modulation over outright bite.
Precision Price Point

At the time of writing this article, pre-orders are open with a €500 refundable deposit and a €19,800 price tag that puts it firmly in premium territory. More recently in 2026, if you want to purchase a bike from the STRiX website, you're directed to their kickstarter page.
Where It Fits

This isn’t tied to one kind of riding environment. It’s aimed at riders who already know what they want from an enduro platform, whether that’s tight technical woodland, desert terrain, or alpine singletrack.
Street legality is 'in the rpocess' for Europe with an L3e-A3E homologation. Other regions will need to wait if they want to take this bike on the highway.
The BCB Take
STRiX isn’t content to merely enter the electric off-road segment, it wants to dominate it. The "military" message is threaded throughout their whole brand. If you're searching for a silent, tactical e-moto, this is what you'll likely find. The bikes themselves have NATO stock numbers and are quoted as 'designed for and approved by the military'.
Either way, military resilience, race-ready suspension, and 67kW on tap, make it a standout for riders who demand next-level performance and don’t mind paying for it. If you’ve dreamed of a bike that bridges the gap between combat-spec engineering and weekend fun, your wait might be over.
Ride safe, folks.
