Electric just took another major win in the off-road world. Stark Future has secured the 2026 FIM SuperEnduro Manufacturers World Championship, marking the first time an electric motorcycle brand has claimed the title in the indoor enduro series.

It’s a serious milestone, and another clear signal that electric machinery is now a genuine contender in top-level off-road racing.

The win comes after a strong season from Stark’s Eddie Karlsson and Toby Martyn, who consistently stacked points across the championship. Stark’s strategy of keeping both bikes competitive round after round paid off.

That’s how these championships are won: not through a single headline result, but through steady scoring across the season.

Consistency Over Flash

Karlsson has been regularly mixing it with the front runners and landing podium finishes along the way, helping keep Stark’s points tally climbing.

SuperEnduro is one of the tougher environments. The indoor format packs tight obstacles, rock sections, and brutal traction changes into short, intense races. Riders need instant power delivery, precise control, and absolute reliability from their machines.

Those demands play directly into what Stark is showcasing with the Varg, which has already built a reputation in motocross but is now proving it can handle the stop-start punishment of indoor enduro as well.

The BCB Take

For the electric motorcycle sector, Stark’s new title is more than a trophy. It’s fresh proof of concept.

It demonstrates that electric bikes can compete across a demanding international championship calendar while delivering the performance riders expect at the sharp end of the field.

Stark’s racing push isn’t stopping with SuperEnduro. The company is already lining up the Varg for the 2026 Red Bull Erzbergrodeo, the first time the event has opened its start line to electric motorcycles.

If the SuperEnduro season showed anything, it’s that electric bikes aren’t just turning up to race anymore. They’re winning.

Ride safe, folks.
