While we’re all waiting for the S4 Honcho to finally break cover at dealerships, LiveWire’s been back in the garage doing a bit of housekeeping. The Milwaukee brand has quietly tidied up its website and sharpened up the S2 app experience. A clear sign the electric outfit’s getting its tools organised before the next bike lands.
S2 App Update: Small Tweaks, Real World Gains

LiveWire’s been fettling the S2 app experience, and to be fair, these are the kind of updates riders actually care about. The latest version brings remote charging controls, charge scheduling, and custom charge targets, so owners can manage the bike without hovering around the garage waiting for it to top up.
Security’s had an upgrade too, with tamper alerts now notifying riders if the bike gets moved unexpectedly. Navigation’s cleaner, showing charge points and speed limits more clearly, while LiveWire says overall performance has been smoothed out using direct rider feedback. Nothing revolutionary on its own, but the sort of refinement that makes daily ownership easier.
A Clearer Map of the LiveWire Ecosystem
At the same time, the brand’s quietly reorganised its website to better show the full line-up. LiveWire CEO Dominique Du Tronc says it’s “an important step forward” in how they present the product universe online.
The refreshed setup now gives the full S2, S4, and ONE motorcycle family their own space, alongside the STACYC range of electric balance bikes. More importantly, the site is now more accessible when you first land on the page.
The BCB Take

This feels like LiveWire getting the garage squared away before the next bike starts to roll. The S4 Honcho’s clearly getting closer, and the company seems keen to make sure the digital side of ownership feels tighter before launch day arrives.
That said, while S2 riders are getting fresh app toys to play with, plenty of ONE owners are still waiting on meaningful app improvements of their own. That side of the ecosystem has felt a bit neglected lately, and riders haven’t exactly been quiet about it.
Still, if these updates are a sign LiveWire’s paying more attention to rider experience across the board, that can only be a good thing.
Ride safe, folks.
