Ultraviolette's F77 Mach 2 - Finally Available in Europe

It’s been a long road from Bengaluru to Berlin, but it’s finally happened—Ultraviolette’s high-performance F77 Mach 2 has officially landed in Europe and the UK. After years of following their journey, we can now get our hands on the fastest Indian-made electric motorcycle without booking a flight to India. Lets break it down.

A European Take-off

Ultraviolette marked a major milestone in mid-2025 with an event near the Eiffel Tower in Paris, officially introducing the F77 Mach 2 to Europe. The bike is now available in ten countries, including the UK, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Earlier in the year, the F77 Mach 2 was showcased at events like Berlin’s Reload Land, part of a broader EV exhibition, though Paris served as a more formal European launch with early-bird pricing and support infrastructure announced.

Pricing & Availability

In the UK, the F77 Mach 2 is currently priced at £8,499 for early-bird customers until June 30, after which prices may increase to around £9,399. In the EU, early-bird pricing is set at €8,990 until July 31, with potential increases thereafter.

Please note that prices may vary depending on local taxes, dealer pricing, and currency fluctuations, and the deadlines are based on currently available information and may change.

MotoMondo is handling distribution and support for much of Europe, with deliveries expected to start in late summer 2025. At present, only the F77 Mach 2 is available to European customers; the SuperStreet remains exclusive to India.

Big Battery, Big Performance

Ultraviolette offers the top-spec 10.3 kWh battery model exclusively in Europe—no smaller battery options are available.

Key specs for the European F77 Mach 2:

  • Battery: 10.3 kWh

  • Peak Power: 30 kW (~40 hp)

  • Torque: 100 Nm

  • Range: Approximately 231 km (WMTC city cycle)

  • Top Speed: 155 km/h

  • 0–60 km/h: 2.8 seconds

The 231 km range figure is based on the WMTC test cycle commonly used in Europe and offers a realistic estimate for city riding conditions. Ultraviolette’s higher 323 km range figure uses India’s IDC cycle and is less applicable in European settings. We included them so that our readers can pick and choose which figures they believe in.

Tech & Safety That Delivers

The F77 Mach 2 comes equipped with:

  • Dual-channel Bosch ABS (switchable)

  • 10 levels of regenerative braking

  • 4 levels of traction control

  • Dynamic Stability Control

  • Hill-hold assist

  • Multiple ride modes

It also features Ultraviolette’s connected platform, Violette AI, providing diagnostics, over-the-air updates, theft protection, forward collision alerts, and reportedly tire pressure monitoring (TPMS). However, TPMS availability for the European model is not officially confirmed and may depend on the region or future software updates. Many settings and telemetry are accessible through a smartphone app.

Ride and Design

Ultraviolette's sharp, futuristic styling remains a highlight, with sleek aerodynamics and muscular lines that stand out on the road.

European color options have not yet been officially announced. Indian-market colors include Afterburner Yellow, Supersonic Silver, Turbo Red, Stealth Gray, and Cosmic Black. A similar palette might be expected, but no guarantees.

Warranty & Support

The warranty package for Europe includes:

  • Battery: 5 years / 100,000 km

  • Drivetrain: 3 years / 60,000 km

  • Other components: up to 3 years or approximately 18,600 miles (30,000 km)*

*Note: Warranty terms are officially expressed in kilometres; miles are provided here for reference.

Local service and support will be provided through partners such as MotoMondo in the UK and Benelux regions.

Who’s Backing It?

Ultraviolette’s major investors include TVS Motors, Qualcomm Ventures, Zoho, and EXOR Capital. Earlier rumours of celebrity investors like Dulquer Salmaan remain unconfirmed and should be considered speculation.

Final Thoughts

With the F77 Mach 2, Ultraviolette brings serious performance, style, and tech to the European market, offering a sporty electric motorcycle option at a competitive price point. It's quite simply what everyone has been waiting for!

Early bird pricing ends soon, making this an attractive choice for riders seeking a high-end EV without the usual €15K+ tag.

Ride safe, folks.
