Zero has just put the LS1 into full European distribution. If you’ve been watching this bike since we first ran eyes over it here, now’s the part where you can actually point, nod and say “that’s the one.” Deliveries began rolling out to every Zero showroom across Europe this month.

The LS1 is a city-ready machine with roots in real world use: twin swappable batteries down low, a balanced centre-mounted motor, chain-free belt drive and under-seat room that’ll take your lid or an optional third battery without compromising practicality.

For riders who’ve already checked the spec sheet, you’ll know the package isn’t about peak numbers — it’s about usable figures day in and day out. It’ll top out around 62 mph (100 km/h), handles tight traffic, and the optional extra battery pushes range up past 170 km (106 miles) if you’re making proper use of it.

The LS1 comes with ABS, traction control, a built-in charger and a belt drive that stays quiet and clean. Zero clearly put thought into how urban riders actually live with their bikes, not just how fast they can swipe through a spec comparison.

This isn’t a revolution. It’s a calculated play in the commuter segment from a brand that’s already earned its stripes in e-moto. But now, if you’re in Paris, Berlin, Milan, London or anywhere in between, you can walk into a Zero dealer, see one on the floor, and ride away with it — or at least make plans to.

If the Zero LS1 scratches your itch, you can find all the specs and details in our previous article — Zero LS1, another commuter or quietly clever.

Ride safe, folks.
