Something very cool is happening in East Asia. Compass Rose, a Korean manufacturer, have revealed the Ciulator, and visually, it looks like it escaped from a 1965 Grand Prix paddock. Full fairing, narrow stance, low bars, and a tail that belongs under a race number board. At a glance, it promises clip-on drama and café racer intent.
